RETURNS AND REFUNDS

PLEASE CONTACT COSTUMER SERVICE VIA CONTACT@MARIASCHARLA.COM TO MAKE A RETURN.

Maria Scharla accept returns, but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt. We will refund the full amount of the returned item(s), and you are responsible for all other expenses, including the return costs. We will cancel refund/exchange/returns request if the processing time last more than 14 days. 

Maria Scharla reserves the right to reject any items that do not meet the following requirements.

The item(s) should be returned new, unused and returned in original condition, with tag and original packaging. Returns that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your own expense.

You may try the item(s) without causing any sort of deterioration. If the item(s) are used in any other way than described in the above, we consider the item(s) as used and you will lose your right of return partly or completely. (This also includes makeup stains).

As soon as we have received the return, the item(s) will go through a quality control check.

Once the return has been accepted, all successfully returned items will be credited to the credit card used to originally purchase the item(s). The original shipping charges will not be refunded. You will receive an e-mail notification once the refund has been initiated. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

We do not take responsibility for items lost during the shipment back to us. Please send us the tracking number so we can follow up with the shipment.

In case the shipment is lost in transit, we do not take any responsibility for tracking and finding the package. Customers must take full responsibility for contacting the courier and finding the shipment. No refund will be made until we successfully receive the package.

If you want to make an exchange for another size, you will need to make a return and place a new order. Please contact us via contact@mariascharla.com to get a refund on the shipping costs that may be added to your second order.

Items must be returned directly to the following address. We do not accept returns to a parcel shop.

You can place your order via Credit card or Paypal.

5. What do I do after I place my order?

Please wait for 3-7 business days of studio prep + shipping time. 

6. What if I need my order to arrive on certain date?

8. Does Maria Scharla ship to my country?

Yes, we do ship worldwide. Prices for shipping may vary from country to country.

9. Why does my tracking number not included in the shipping confirmation email?

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your package has been shipped from our studio.
